Snagging and defects liability at end of defects liability period

This is a purpose built warehouse development for a major national road haulage contractor who has teamed up with a clothing company and have a new Seven Acre warehouse at Magma Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire. My commission was to snag this fast moving construction project in two phases. The main part of the warehouse was ready in 20 weeks, and the project final cost was in the region of £27m.
