Introduction
I started my commission for Granta in February 2001, and was initially employed for three months to temporarily replace the Maintenance Manager.

This commission was extended, and during turbulent times a repairs service was maintained when other team members left, and were replaced, as well as moving to new offices.

Hopefully I brought some calming influence during these very turbulent times of change.

Gas servicing monitoring
As part of my commission, I helped to set up and monitor the Gas Servicing Contract and provide for the Society a strategy to ensure that all servicing was completed.

Painting Contracts
I prepared all decoration contracts for 2001 painting cycle, and 2002 painting cycle. My work included drawing up the documents, tendering, tender analysis, and arranging the pre-contract meeting, before leaving others to supervise the work. In 2002 this was some 15 plus contracts and required some organisational management

Appointing Other Consultants
I also helped in the preparation of briefs and the appointment of other consultants to specify and manage contracts for the Society.
